1. Scope of Houston 3PL Services & Rates
These terms and conditions govern the warehousing, prep, and fulfillment services provided by KAK Sourcing from our 32,000 sqft facility at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. By utilizing our services, you agree to our standardized pricing structure, which includes $0.75/unit Amazon FBA prep, $2.00/order FBM fulfillment, and $25/pallet monthly storage. Any custom handling requirements outside our standard scope must be agreed upon in writing prior to inventory arrival.

3. Storage Terms, monthly Billing, and Liability Limits
Storage fees are calculated on a monthly basis at $25 per pallet. Accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days may have their outbound shipments paused until payment is settled in full. KAK Sourcing maintains a secure, clean warehouse environment, but clients are required to maintain their own primary cargo insurance. Our liability for lost or damaged inventory is strictly limited to the direct cost of prep services or a capped wholesale value as outlined in our full service agreement.
