Before you request a quote

Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What order fulfillment costs
Pick, pack, and ship starts at $2.00 per order and scales with weight — that's the whole formula, no line items hiding behind it. The rate covers picking, packing, labeling, and standard packaging materials. It works the same whether the order came from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon FBM.

Packaging materials — mailers, boxes, void fill, tape — are included at every tier. Postage is billed at our discounted USPS/UPS/FedEx rates, passed through at cost with no markup. What's included — and what genuinely costs extra
Everything you need to get a standard order out the door is already in the per-order price. The only things that cost more are the things that aren't standard: kitting, custom branded packaging, and freight.
- Included in the per-order rate: picking, packing, labeling, standard packaging materials, and order sync from your store to our warehouse management system.
- Custom-quoted, not published here: kitting, bundling, and subscription-box assembly; custom inserts or thank-you cards; container devanning; LTL freight; white-glove handling. Tell us the specs and you'll have a number in 24 hours.
No peak-season surcharges, either — the per-order rate holds through Q4.
Receiving and storage, so inventory is ready before the order comes in
Receiving costs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Storage is $25 per pallet per month ($25 a month for a full month), climate-controlled — and you only pay for the portion of the month you actually use.

Take a Shopify brand shipping 300 orders a month, most of them light, storing 3 pallets, and restocking once with a 20-pallet inbound shipment. Here's the arithmetic, using only the rates above:

How your order moves through the warehouse
From the moment inventory lands to the moment a carrier scans a package, five steps happen — and you can watch each one in real time.
- Inbound freight or parcels are received, counted, and logged into KAK WMS, typically the same day they arrive.
- Stock shelves in our 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored Houston warehouse, with lot and expiration tracking where it's needed.
- An order comes in through your Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Magento store and syncs automatically.
- We pick, pack, and label it before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday–Saturday.
- The carrier scans it that day; tracking pushes back to your store and your customer.

Minimums, fees, and contracts
No minimum order volume, no minimum SKU count, no minimum monthly spend. No setup fee. We run month-to-month — there's no contract to sign or break.
Returns
Returns processing is $1.50 per return, inspection included, once an item is back in our hands. If you need photos, restocking, or disposal handled a specific way, tell us the process and we'll quote it in 24 hours.
Carrier rates and surcharges
We pass through discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates at cost — no markup, and no peak-season surcharges.
Kitting, bundles, and branded packaging
Standard orders are picked and packed on demand at the flat per-order rate — we don't force preassembly. If you want items pre-kitted, bundled into subscription boxes, or shipped with custom inserts and thank-you cards, that's custom-quoted: send the specs and you'll have a number in 24 hours.
Support and coverage
