Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract — everything is month-to-month — and no peak-season surcharges when Q4 hits. These rates are locked through Q1 2027. Full breakdown: KAK price list and pricing.
Receiving: $20 per pallet ($5 per carton)
Receiving costs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Send us the packing list before the freight lands; we unload, count cartons against it, flag anything that doesn't match, and shelve.
Speed matters more than the fee. A pallet sitting on a dock for a week is a week of orders you can't fill. Freight that arrives before 2pm CT gets processed the same day, Monday through Saturday, and your units appear in the KAK WMS dashboard as they hit the racks — the same live counts our floor team works from.
Bringing in a full container? We handle container devanning and LTL freight too, quoted per shipment at our negotiated carrier cost. Selling anything with a shelf life? Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available — tell us at onboarding and we track it from the first receipt.
Storage billing: $25 per pallet, monthly — you pay for what you use
Storage runs $25 per pallet and is billed monthly, so a pallet that ships out mid-month stops costing you mid-month. You pay for the fraction of the month you actually used, not a flat monthly block that keeps billing after the stock is gone.
Many 3PLs raise storage rates for Q4 or tack on peak-season surcharges. We don't. The monthly rate in January is the monthly rate in December. More detail on the racking and the building itself is on our storage page.
Pick, pack, ship: $2.00 per order, packaging materials from $0.25
Every DTC order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier for one flat fee based on total order weight, plus $0.25 × the item count on orders with two or more items:

Three items in one order, still under 5 lb? Still $2.00. Boxes, mailers, and standard dunnage are billed from $0.25 per order — the materials price is published, not buried. Postage is separate and passed through at our discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates with no markup: the label price we pay is the label price you pay.
Bundles are picked and packed per order at the same flat rates — we never force you to preassemble inventory. If you do want kits built ahead, subscription boxes assembled, or branded inserts and thank-you cards dropped in every box, we do that as well. Those are custom-quoted: send your specs and you'll have the number in 24 hours.
Orders that land before 2pm CT ship the same day, Monday through Saturday. That cutoff is the same one we hold ourselves to on FBA prep, where units run $0.75 each with FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, and cartonization all inside that flat rate.
Returns: $1.50 each, inspection included
Returns processing is $1.50 per return, and inspection is part of the fee. Every return gets opened and checked; sellable units go straight back into your live inventory count, and anything questionable is set aside and handled per your instructions.
Need photos of every returned unit, refurbishment, or disposal handling? That's custom-quoted — tell us your spec and you'll have the number in 24 hours. We'd rather give you a real figure for your real process than bury a generic one in fine print.
Integrations: your store talks to our floor
We connect directly to Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM. Orders flow into the KAK WMS as they're placed, get picked against live stock, and you watch inventory move in real time on the same dashboard our warehouse team uses. Connecting your store is part of setup, and there's no setup fee.

Here is the arithmetic for three typical months, using nothing but the published rates. Assumptions: all orders under 5 lb, pallets stored the full month (one month at $25), one inbound delivery in the month.

Your RFQ, answered before you send it
Most sellers comparing 3PLs send the same checklist. Here it is, answered with actual numbers:
- Minimums? None. No minimum volume, spend, or SKU count — start with a single unit. A brand launching with 500 units is a normal Tuesday here.
- Setup, onboarding, or software fees? There's no setup fee, including store integration. Your invoice is built from the per-task rates on this page.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? Month-to-month. Leave whenever you want; there's no penalty to name.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). In before 2pm CT, processed the same day, Monday–Saturday.
- Storage basis and climate control? $25 per pallet, billed monthly, all of it climate-controlled. Lot and expiry tracking available.
- Pick-pack for 1–5 item orders? Priced by order weight — $2.00 up to 5 lb — plus $0.25 × the item count when there are two or more items.
- Bundles — preassembly or pick-on-demand? Pick-on-demand at the flat per-order rate. Kitting is optional and custom-quoted.
- Packaging and branded inserts? Standard packaging materials are billed from $0.25 per order. Custom inserts and thank-you cards are custom-quoted — specs in, number back in 24 hours.
- Carrier mix and markups? Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx, passed through at cost. No markup, no surcharges.
- Returns? $1.50 per return, inspection included.
- Insurance and errors? Coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence, and we're fully liable for our own handling.
