What FBM fulfillment costs
Every FBM order costs a flat rate based on total package weight, plus $0.25 × the item count when it holds two or more items — the same on every platform. Packaging materials are billed from $0.25 for a standard mailer. Here is the full published rate card.

These rates cover Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM orders — same rate card regardless of channel.
How FBM fulfillment works with us
Three steps, start to finish, once your account is set up.
- You connect your store to our WMS and ship your inventory to our Houston warehouse — receiving runs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
- Orders sync in automatically. Anything in before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, gets picked and packed that day.
- We ship it out at our discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates, passed through at cost with no markup, and the order status updates in your real-time inventory dashboard.

What's included at $2.00–$4.00 (custom over 15 lb), and what costs extra
The per-order price covers the pick-and-pack labor to get a standard order out the door. Packaging materials are billed from $0.25 for a standard mailer ($0.20 for a polybag), and a short list of things are quoted separately — we say so up front instead of burying it.

Postage is not included in this total — it's billed separately at carrier cost. Storage is billed at $25 per pallet per month (a flat $25/pallet for the month you hold stock), prorated for the fraction of the month actually used.
Receiving, storage, and returns
Receiving costs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory that arrives before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, is processed into available stock the same day.
Storage is $25 per pallet per month in our climate-controlled warehouse, and you only pay for the fraction of the month you actually use — there's no rounding up to a full month. Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available if your SKUs need it, tracked through our real-time inventory dashboard.
Returns run $1.50 per return, and inspection is included in that fee. Full storage terms live on our storage page.
Bundles, kitting, and custom packaging
Multi-item bundles are picked and packed per order at the weight-tiered rate above plus $0.25 × the item count — we don't force preassembly.
If you'd rather we preassemble kits ahead of time, or you need subscription-box assembly, custom inserts, or branded thank-you cards, that's available — those are custom-quoted based on your specs rather than a flat published rate, so we don't invent a number here. Tell us the details and you'll have pricing within 24 hours through a quote request.
Larger inbound freight — container devanning, LTL freight, or white-glove handling — is also quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost.
No minimums, no contracts, no surprises
We work month-to-month. No minimum order volume, no minimum spend, no minimum SKU count — you can start with a single order. There's no setup fee layered on top of the per-order rate.
