What is included in the $1 FBA prep fee?

Our flat $1/unit prep fee includes FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, and standard outbound cartonization. There are no hidden surcharges for basic packaging materials.

Are there any account setup or monthly minimum fees?

No. Founded in 2019 by Sohail Sanpal, KAK Sourcing was built on transparency. We do not charge setup fees, and we do not enforce monthly account minimums for standard FBA prep and FBM clients.

What is your daily cutoff time for same-day prep?

Our same-day FBA prep cutoff is 2pm CT. If your inventory and shipping plans are ready in our system before 2pm CT, we will have them prepped and ready for carrier pickup the same day.

Where is your warehouse located and how large is it?

We operate out of a secure, climate-controlled 32,000 sqft warehouse located at 6003 Bellaire Blvd, Ste K, Houston, TX 77081. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm CT.

How does your biweekly storage billing work?

Instead of charging you for a full month upfront, we bill storage biweekly at $25 per pallet. This means if you move your inventory quickly, you only pay for the fraction of the month it was actually stored.

Do you offer discounts for high-volume sellers?

Yes. For sellers moving high volumes of units monthly or shipping large pallet quantities, we offer custom line-item pricing. Submit your SKU list through our quote form to receive a custom proposal within 24 hours.
