Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 full-service FBA units under 5 lb × $0.75 = $375. If each needs a $0.20 polybag, add $100; one inbound pallet adds $20 and one full billable pallet-month adds $25. Total: $520 before outbound shipping or other requested work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What the $0.75 per unit actually includes
Full-service FBA handling for units under 5 lb is $0.75/unit, including FNSKU labeling and prep labor. Materials are separate: polybag $0.20/unit and bubble wrap $0.20/unit when needed. Receiving, storage and outbound freight are separate. Lean label-ready units start at $0.50; heavier units use the published weight bands.

What is not inside the $0.75: freight from your supplier to our dock, the carrier charge from Houston to the Amazon fulfillment center (billed at cost, no markup), and custom work like kitting or branded inserts. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you on an invoice.
Rates are locked through Q1 2027 and there are no peak-season surcharges — the Q4 price is the January price. Every number is published on the KAK price list.
Receiving, prep, and forwarding to Amazon — the full flow
Stock lands on our dock, gets prepped the same day if it arrives before 2pm CT, and leaves for whichever Amazon fulfillment center your shipping plan names. Here is each step with its cost.
1. Ship to our Houston dock
Your supplier or freight forwarder sends cartons or pallets to 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) on every inbound. Container devanning is available, quoted per shipment. The building is 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, and monitored 24/7.
2. We prep the same day
Inventory that arrives before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, gets prepped the same day: FNSKU labels applied over the manufacturer barcode, units polybagged or bubble-wrapped to Amazon's requirements, then packed into cartons that meet Amazon's size and weight limits. Counts update in the KAK WMS dashboard in real time, so you see received and prepped quantities without emailing anyone.
3. We forward to Amazon
You create the shipping plan in Seller Central; we cartonize to it, apply the box labels, and tender the cartons to the carrier. Small-parcel shipments ride discounted UPS, FedEx, or USPS rates passed through at cost — or use Amazon's partnered carrier and pay Amazon directly. Palletized LTL sends are quoted per shipment at our negotiated carrier cost.
What a month actually costs
Two honest examples using only the published rates above. Freight to our dock and the Amazon-bound carrier charge are excluded because they depend on your lanes; everything else is here.

Storage bills monthly, so a pallet that leaves mid-month pays only for the fraction of the month it actually used. Your mix will differ — send SKUs and monthly volume via get a quote and you will have a line-item number within 24 hours.
No minimums, no contracts — start with one unit
There is no minimum order volume, no minimum monthly spend, and no minimum SKU count. Five hundred units from a first production run is a normal-sized job here, and one test carton is fine too. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no contract — the account is month-to-month.
Selling into Amazon US from Pakistan, or anywhere else
You do not need to be in the United States to work with us. The workflow was built so you never have to set foot in Texas: your supplier ships straight to our dock, you watch receiving and prep counts in the KAK WMS dashboard, and your Seller Central shipping plans move to Amazon without you touching a box. If you run your Amazon US account from Karachi, Lahore, Dubai, or London, the only thing that changes is your clock — our cutoff is 2pm Central, Monday to Saturday.

Store bulk in Houston, drip-feed Amazon
Holding a full production run inside FBA is the expensive way to store inventory, and it eats your capacity limits. The alternative: keep bulk on our racks at $25 per pallet, billed monthly and climate-controlled, and send Amazon only what your shipping plan calls for. Smaller, frequent replenishments keep your IPI healthy while the bulk sits in a cheaper building.
Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available for supplements, skincare, and food-adjacent SKUs. And if Amazon caps your inbound or a listing gets stuck, the same inventory can ship as FBM orders from our floor — $2.00 per order up to 5 lb, pick, pack, and packaging materials from $0.25. - Do you take new brands with ~500 units? Yes. No minimum volume, spend, or SKU count.
- Setup, software, integration, or account-management fees? None. There's no setup fee, and the KAK WMS dashboard comes with the account.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? No contract. Month-to-month, leave whenever.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Arrivals before 2pm CT, Monday–Saturday, are processed the same day.
