Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

Sohail Ahmed and Kanwar Khan founded KAK and have spent 7+ years building DTC fulfillment infrastructure. The lesson from those years is simple: a 3PL's software should not be a profit center. Many 3PLs bill software as its own line — platform fees, integration fees, per-SKU charges. We don't. Your on-hand counts update in the dashboard in real time. Charging you separately for that would be charging you to watch us do our job.

Real-time inventory
Live on-hand counts for every SKU we hold. Counts change as we receive, pick, and ship — not on a nightly batch. If you sell on more than one channel, this is what stops you overselling a SKU that ran down an hour ago.
Same-day dispatch, visible inventory
Orders in before 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day — and your on-hand counts update in the dashboard as they do, so you always know what is left on the shelf.
Lot and expiration-date tracking
Available for any SKU that needs it — supplements, beauty, skincare, food. We capture lot numbers and expiration dates at receiving, and you can see them per SKU in the dashboard. If you ever need to trace a lot, the record is there.
Low-stock visibility
You see which SKUs are running down before they run out. Live counts per SKU let you time reorders around your actual sell-through instead of discovering a stockout mid-promotion.
Returns
Returns are processed at $1.50 per return, inspection included.

The questions serious RFQs ask — answered up front
New brands send us itemized RFQs, and they mostly ask the same things. Direct answers, with the published numbers.
Do you take new brands with around 500 units?
Yes. No minimum order volume, no minimum spend, no minimum SKU count. 500 units is a normal starting point for us; a single unit is technically enough.
What fees exist beyond the rate sheet?
None. Setup $0, onboarding $0, software $0, integration $0, account management $0. The table above is the bill.
Receiving cost, and how fast is stock available?
$20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory that arrives before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, is processed the same day.
How is storage billed?
$25 per pallet, billed monthly — you pay for the fraction of the month you actually use. The whole 32,000 sqft warehouse is climate-controlled and monitored 24/7.
What does a 1–5 item order cost? What about bundles?
Per-order pricing runs on weight: an order up to 5 lb is $2.00, plus $0.25 × the item count when it holds two or more items. Bundles are picked and packed per order at the same flat rates — no forced preassembly. If you want kitting or subscription-box assembly, that is custom-quoted: send specs and you'll have the number in 24 hours.
What packaging is included? What do branded inserts cost?
Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up — no hidden surcharges. Custom inserts and thank-you cards are available and custom-quoted against your specs.
Which carriers, and do you mark up postage?
Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates, passed through at cost. No markup, and no peak-season surcharges.
What happens when something goes wrong?
We are fully liable for our own handling, with insurance coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence. Returns are inspected as part of the $1.50 processing fee.
