There's no volume threshold that gets you a better rate and no negotiated pricing for bigger accounts — every account in the building runs on the same three rate structures, newest client or largest. Prep and storage are single flat rates regardless of volume; FBM fulfillment is priced by the weight of each order, and those weight brackets are identical for everyone.

FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, and standard cartonization are all included in that dollar — we don't itemize basic packaging materials separately. Ship it in before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, and it's prepped and FBA-ready the same day.

$2.00 covers pick, pack, and ship for any order up to 5 lb. Heavier orders step up to $2.75 (5–8 lb), $4.00 (8–15 lb), and custom quote (over 15 lb) — packaging materials from $0.25 at every weight, priced by weight alone — never by item count. Same rate whether the order came from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon FBM.

How inventory moves through our warehouse.
Five steps: receiving, prep or storage, pick-pack-ship, tracking, and returns — the same path for every account, whether you're shipping 50 units a month or 50 pallets.
- Inbound and receiving. Your shipment arrives at 6117 Long Dr. Receiving runs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Everything gets logged into the KAK WMS as part of receiving, so it's visible on your dashboard.
- Prep or storage. Amazon-bound inventory goes straight into FNSKU labeling, polybagging, and cartonization at $0.75/unit. Everything else racks into climate-controlled pallet storage at $25/pallet, billed monthly.
- Pick, pack, and ship. DTC and FBM orders are picked and packed to order — no forced preassembly — starting at $2.00/order — packaging materials from $0.25. Anything in before 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday, ships the same day.
- Tracking and reporting. Every unit and every order is visible in real time through the KAK WMS, including lot-number and expiration-date tracking where your product needs it.
- Returns. Returns come back to us for $1.50 each, inspected and logged, then restocked or flagged for your review inside the same dashboard.

What a month actually costs.
$987.50 a month, all-in — that's what a seller shipping 300 units into Amazon FBA, keeping 5 pallets of overflow stock with us for a full month, and fulfilling 150 direct-to-consumer orders under 5 lb actually pays at our published rates. - You can start with a single unit, and every account runs month-to-month — the prices on the price list and pricing page are the numbers you'll actually be billed, published here for you to read before you ever pick up the phone.
- Inventory or orders in before 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday, ship or get prepped that same day. It's the standing cutoff, applied every day we're open.
- Every shipment carries $500,000 in coverage, and we're fully liable for our own handling.
- The KAK WMS updates in real time, so the counts on your dashboard match what's physically on the shelf, with lot-number and expiration-date tracking available where your product needs it.
- New clients get 15 days of free storage to get their first shipment sorted before billing starts.
- Q4 rates are the same rates you pay in February — no peak-season surcharges.

Do you integrate with my sales channels and show real-time inventory?
Yes. FBM and DTC fulfillment runs across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, and Magento, alongside Amazon FBA and FBM. Inventory counts are visible in the KAK WMS in real time.
What about freight, LTL, and shipping labels?
USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels are passed through at our discounted carrier rates with no markup. Container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling are available and quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost — we don't publish a flat rate for those because the real cost depends on the lane and the freight class.

Do you charge a setup fee, or an onboarding, software, integration, or account-management fee?
No setup fee — we don't charge you to open the account. Onboarding, software, integration, and account-management aren't line items on our rate card at all: the only charges that can show up are $0.75/unit prep, $2.00/order fulfillment, $25/pallet storage, receiving, and returns, all published on this page.
Is there a minimum order volume or a contract?
No minimums — you can start with a single unit — and no contract. Every account runs month-to-month.
What's your cutoff time for same-day shipping or prep?
2pm CT, Monday through Saturday. Inventory or orders in before that cutoff ship or get prepped the same day.
How much do you charge for receiving inbound shipments?
$20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
What happens when a customer returns an order?
Returns are processed at $1.50 each after 30 days, with inspection included. Each one is logged in the KAK WMS and either restocked or flagged for your review. If you need photos of damaged returns or have specific disposal instructions for unsellable stock, tell us when you set up your account and we'll walk you through how that's handled.
Can you handle kitting, bundling, or custom packaging inserts?
Yes, custom-quoted. Standard orders are picked and packed per order at the flat rates with no forced preassembly; if you want kitting, subscription-box assembly, or branded inserts, send us the spec and you'll have a number within 24 hours.
Is my inventory insured while it's in your warehouse?
Yes, up to $500,000 per shipment. We're fully liable for our own handling of your inventory.
