Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 full-service FBA units under 5 lb × $0.75 = $375. If each needs a $0.20 polybag, add $100; one inbound pallet adds $20 and one full billable pallet-month adds $25. Total: $520 before outbound shipping or other requested work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What $0.75 a unit actually buys you
$0.75 per unit covers everything a standard FBA shipment needs to leave our dock compliant: FNSKU label applied, polybag with suffocation warning where Amazon requires it, bubble wrap on anything fragile, and standard cartonization to Amazon's box spec. We don't split that into five line items and bill you for each one — it's in the rate, or we tell you upfront it isn't.

Getting inventory to us: receiving and storage
Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Storage is $25 per pallet per month — you only pay for the fraction of the month you actually use, which works out to $25 a month if a pallet sits the full month. There's no setup fee.

No setup fee in either column, and no peak-season surcharge stacked on top — both are part of our published pricing, not a promotional teaser rate. Freight to the FBA facility itself is quoted at negotiated carrier cost if you route it through us; otherwise your forwarder handles that leg.
The questions every new brand asks before they ship us a pallet
Do you take on new brands with a small first shipment?
Yes. We have no minimum order volume, no minimum monthly spend, and no minimum SKU count. A 500-unit first shipment gets the same $0.75/unit rate as a much larger reorder down the line — the rate doesn't step up or down with volume.
What does onboarding cost?
Nothing to start. There's no setup fee. You'll have access to the KAK WMS dashboard for real-time inventory tracking from day one.
Is there a contract?
No. We run month-to-month, with no cancellation penalty.
How fast is turnaround?
Same day. Inventory received and inspected before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, gets prepped and out the door that day.
Can you track lots and expiration dates?
Yes. Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available through the KAK WMS for SKUs that need it — useful for supplements, cosmetics, and anything with a shelf life.
What if I need kitting or a subscription box, not just FBA prep?
We do that work, but it's custom-quoted because labor varies with build complexity. Tell us the assembly steps and you'll have a number back within 24 hours.
Do you handle returns too, not just outbound prep?
Yes. Returns processing is $1.50 per return, with inspection included, so you know whether a unit goes back into sellable stock.
What's not in the dollar — and what it costs instead
We'd rather tell you what's custom-quoted than pretend everything fits one flat number. Container devanning, LTL freight to and from our dock, and white-glove handling are quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost. Custom branded inserts and kitting or bundling labor beyond standard FBA prep are custom-quoted based on your specs. Send us the specifics and you'll have a number within 24 hours.
Postage and carrier labels for anything we ship on your behalf — USPS, UPS, FedEx — are passed through at our discounted rate with no markup.
