Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What FBM fulfillment costs: $2.00 to $4.00 (custom-quoted over 15 lb) per order
FBM fulfillment runs $2.00 per order for anything under 5 lb, and climbs by weight from there. Pick, pack, and ship are included in that number; packaging materials are billed from $0.25 for a standard mailer ($0.20 for a polybag).

This works the same whether the order comes from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon FBM. One flat rate by weight, regardless of sales channel.

What a month actually costs at 50, 100, and 300 orders
Most sellers asking for a quote want one number: what does this cost me monthly, not per unit. Here's the real math at three volumes, assuming orders average under 5 lb and inventory fits on the pallet count shown.

Storage is billed at $25 per pallet per month — $25 for a full month per pallet — and you only pay for the fraction of the month you actually use. Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) on the way in. There's no monthly minimum bill and no software or account fee layered on top — what you see in that table is what lands on the invoice.
Minimums, setup fees, and contracts: what we actually charge
Short answer: none of the usual startup friction. Here's what buyers ask us before they sign, answered directly.
- Minimum order volume, spend, or SKU count: none. Start with a single unit if that's where you are — the rate card is the same whether you're launching or scaling.
- Setup or onboarding fee: none.
- Contract: month-to-month. No long-term contract required.
- Peak-season surcharges: none. The rate you see in Q4 is the rate you saw in June.
Kitting, bundling, subscription-box assembly, and custom inserts or thank-you cards are all things we do — they're custom-quoted because labor varies by product, so we won't invent a number here. Tell us the SKUs and assembly steps and you'll have a price in 24 hours. Same goes for container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling — quoted at negotiated carrier cost, no markup guessing games.
Receiving, storage, and knowing what's on the shelf
Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) on every inbound shipment. Storage is $25 per pallet per month in our climate-controlled 32,000 sqft Houston facility — climate control matters if you're storing skincare, supplements, candles, or anything with a temperature-sensitive formula.
Every client gets a live login to our warehouse management system. You see unit counts by SKU in real time, not a spreadsheet someone updates once a week. Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available if your product needs it — flag it during onboarding and we'll set it up on the receiving side.

If you're selling across more than one of these at once, orders route into the same queue and get picked against the same real-time inventory count — no separate warehouse or separate SKU pool per channel. Returns, cutoffs, and what happens if something goes wrong
Returns are processed at $1.50 per return, and that price includes inspection — we check condition before it goes back into sellable inventory, we don't just scan a barcode and forget it.
Cutoff for same-day processing is 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday. Orders in the queue before that time ship the same day; inventory that arrives before that time gets received and made available the same day.
We don't publish prices for photo documentation, restocking fees, or disposal on returns because they vary by product and volume — ask and you'll get a straight number, not a runaround.
