Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

Why dropshippers move stock to the US

Here is how it works with us. You buy the way you already buy — from your existing suppliers — and route the bulk shipment to our warehouse at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. We receive it at $20 per pallet ($5 per carton), put it away into our real-time inventory system, and start fulfilling your store's orders. From that point, orders that reach us before our 2pm CT cutoff ship the same day, Monday through Saturday.
Bringing in a full container? We handle container devanning and LTL freight too — quoted per shipment at our negotiated carrier cost. Since 2024 we have built this operation around exactly this migration: 180+ ecommerce sellers now run their US fulfillment through our floor.

What the per-order rate includes — and what costs extra
The per-order rate covers the whole job: picking the items, packing them in standard packaging materials, and handing the parcel to the carrier. Orders with two or more items add $0.25 × the item count; nothing else is stacked on top. An order with three products in it is still one order — we bill by the total weight tier, not by line count.
Bundles work the same way. If you sell a two-piece set, we pick both pieces and pack them together at the flat per-order rate. No forced preassembly, no bundle surcharge. If you would rather have sets pre-kitted so they pick as one SKU, we do that too — kitting is custom-quoted, and you will have the number within 24 hours.
What is not in the flat rate, plainly: branded inserts, thank-you cards, custom packaging, and subscription-box assembly. Those are custom-quoted against your exact specs — tell us what you want in the box and we quote it in 24 hours. Postage is never marked up; you pay our discounted USPS, UPS, or FedEx rate at cost.
Integrations: Shopify, TikTok Shop, and seven more channels
We fulfill orders from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM. Whichever of those channels you sell on, the work on our end is the same: we pick, pack, and ship your orders at the flat per-order rates, from one pool of Houston stock.
You also get our real-time inventory dashboard, KAK WMS. It shows exactly what is on the shelf right now, so you know when to reorder from your supplier before you oversell. Selling consumables, supplements, or skincare? Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available, and the whole building is climate-controlled and monitored 24/7.
Running the same catalog on Amazon as well? We prep FBA shipments from the same stock at $0.75 per unit under 5 lb for full-service handling, with materials separate — one pool of inventory feeding both your dropshipping channels and FBA.

Returns: a US address your customers can actually use
Returns cost $1.50 per return, and inspection is included in that price. This is one of the quiet advantages of holding US stock: instead of asking a customer to mail a parcel overseas — which in practice means refunding without getting the product back — returns come to our Houston dock, get inspected, and sellable units go straight back into your available inventory.
You see every return in the dashboard as it is processed. If your products need more than a standard inspection — photo documentation, testing, repackaging, or disposal of unsellable units — tell us your spec and we will quote it within 24 hours; we do not publish flat prices for work we have not scoped.
The RFQ checklist, answered straight
Buyers send us itemized RFQs, so here are the itemized answers — the same ones we give by email.
- Do you take new stores and small first shipments? Yes. A 500-unit launch is normal for us, and there is no minimum — technically you can start with one unit.
- Setup, onboarding, software, integration, or account-management fees? No setup fees. There are no minimums either, and terms are month-to-month with no contract.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? No contract. Month-to-month; leave whenever you want.
- Receiving cost and time to available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory arriving before the 2pm CT cutoff is processed the same day, Monday through Saturday.
- Storage billing basis? $25 per pallet, billed monthly, so you pay only for the fraction of the month you use. The full 32,000 sqft is climate-controlled and monitored 24/7.
- Lot and expiry tracking? Yes. Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available.
- Carrier mix and markup? USPS, UPS, and FedEx at our discounted rates, passed through at cost. No markup, no fuel add-ons from us, no peak-season surcharges.
- What if something is damaged or lost? Insurance coverage runs up to $500,000 per occurrence, and we are fully liable for our own handling. If we break it or ship it wrong, we make it right — that is written into how we operate, not a favor.
