Who we are
KAK Sourcing was founded by Sohail Ahmed and Kanwar Khan, Houston-based logistics operators with 7+ years building DTC fulfillment infrastructure. We're a straightforward 3PL: one warehouse, one set of published rates, no separate sales team quoting different numbers to different sellers.
We operate out of 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087 — 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, monitored 24/7. Right now we're running fulfillment for 180+ ecommerce sellers, and our reviews are public on Trustpilot rather than curated on our own homepage. Walk-ins are welcome with 24 hours' notice, Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm CT, if you want to see the floor before you ship a pallet to it.
KAK exists because pricing at most 3PLs changes after you sign. Ours doesn't — the rates below are the same ones on our pricing page and our full price list, and they're locked through Q1 2027.
What we do

Amazon FBA Prep

FBM / DTC Fulfillment
$2.00/order
Pick, pack, and ship for orders up to 5 lb (packaging materials from $0.25). Works for Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM.
Pallet Storage
$25/pallet
Billed per month in a climate-controlled space — you pay for the days you actually use, not a flat monthly minimum. Details on storage.

What a month actually costs
Take a seller doing FBM/DTC fulfillment with orders under 5 lb, storing product on a pallet or two the whole month. Here's what the published rates add up to at three volumes:

Storage is billed $25/pallet per month, so a pallet stored the full month runs $25 flat. These estimates use the ≤5 lb order tier; heavier orders bill at $2.75–$4.00 per the table (custom-quoted over 15 lb) above. Receiving, packaging materials (mailers from $0.25) and any custom kitting are additional and billed separately.
For example: a skincare brand launching with 500 units might send in 3 pallets (receiving at $20 per pallet = $60 one-time), then run around 100 FBM orders a month — that's $200 in fulfillment plus $75 in storage for those 3 pallets ($25/pallet for a full month), landing around $275/month plus packaging materials (mailers from $0.25).
Questions to ask before you sign
These are the questions we get from every serious buyer before they commit. Here's how we answer them, in writing.
Receiving and time-to-available
Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory received before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday–Saturday, is checked in and available the same day.
Storage and climate control
$25 per pallet per month in a climate-controlled space — you're billed for the fraction of the month you actually store, not a flat monthly minimum.
Lot tracking and inventory visibility
Our KAK WMS gives you a real-time inventory dashboard. Lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available if your product needs it.
Packaging, kitting, and bundles
Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up. Bundles are picked and packed at the same flat per-order rate as they come in; there's no forced preassembly. If you want items kitted ahead of time, or custom inserts and thank-you cards, that's available — custom-quoted, and you'll have a number within 24 hours.
Carrier rates and surcharges
USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels are passed through at our discounted rate, with no markup added. There are no peak-season surcharges — many 3PLs add them every Q4; we don't.
Freight and container work
Container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling are available. These are quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost, because freight pricing genuinely varies by lane and volume — we won't invent a flat number for it.

We carry insurance coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence, and we're fully liable for our own handling errors — that's not a waiver you have to negotiate for.
