Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

We run one facility — 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, 24/7 monitored, at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. Run by founders Sohail Ahmed and Kanwar Khan, we now hold inventory for 180+ ecommerce sellers on that single warehouse floor.
The building does two jobs. As a warehouse, it receives, stores, and protects your inventory — climate control, 24/7 monitoring, lot and expiration-date tracking, insurance coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence. As a fulfillment center, it picks, packs, and ships every order that comes in — Amazon FBA prep, FBM orders across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart and more, and returns processing. Both under one roof.

Warehouse services: receiving, storage, and security
Storage runs $25 per pallet per month — you only pay for the fraction of a month you actually use, which works out to $25 for a pallet held a full month. Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). There's no setup fee.

Fulfillment center services: FBA prep and FBM pick-pack-ship
Amazon FBA prep is $0.75 per unit — FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, and standard cartonization are included; packaging materials are billed separately (polybag $0.20). FBM order fulfillment (pick, pack, ship, packaging materials from $0.25) is billed per order by weight.

Those FBM rates work the same regardless of sales channel — Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon FBM. Bundles and multi-item orders are picked and packed at the flat per-order rate above; we don't force preassembly. If you want SKUs kitted or bundled ahead of time, or need subscription-box assembly and custom inserts, that's available — custom-quoted, tell us the specs and you'll have a number in 24 hours.
Carrier labels — USPS, UPS, FedEx — are passed through at our discounted rate with no markup. Returns are inspected on arrival, logged in KAK WMS, and processed at $1.50 per return.
What a month actually costs

DTC seller: 300 FBM orders/month, 8 pallets in storage
- 300 orders × $2.00 (under 5 lb) = $600.00
- 8 pallets × $25/mo storage = $200.00
- One inbound shipment, 8 pallets received × $20 = $160.00
- Total: about $960 for the month
Amazon seller: 1,000 units FBA prep/month, 5 pallets in storage
- 1,000 units × $0.75 FBA prep = $750.00
- 5 pallets × $25/mo storage = $125.00
- Total: about $875 for the month

What buyers ask before switching 3PLs
These are the questions that show up in nearly every RFQ we get. Direct answers, no sales language:
- Minimum order or spend? None. Start with a single FBA unit or a single FBM order.
- Setup, onboarding, or account-management fees? None. There's no setup fee and no monthly minimum.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? No. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- How fast is inbound inventory available? Anything received before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday–Saturday, is logged the same day.
- Do you charge extra for branded packaging or inserts? Standard packaging materials bill separately — from $0.25 for a mailer, $0.20 per polybag. Custom inserts, thank-you cards, and kitting are available custom-quoted.
- Do you mark up shipping? No. USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates are passed through at our discounted cost.
- What if inventory is damaged or lost in your building? We carry coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence and are fully liable for our own handling.
