How TikTok Shop apparel fundraising fulfillment actually works
A fundraising apparel order is just a normal DTC order — pick, pack, ship — priced the same as any other TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Walmart order that comes through our warehouse. What's different about fundraising campaigns is the shape of the demand, not the mechanics of fulfillment.
A cause apparel drop on TikTok doesn't sell steadily. It spikes hard in the first 48–72 hours after a video takes off, then tapers into a long tail. That pattern breaks fulfillment setups built around monthly minimums or fixed contracts — you're either overpaying during the slow weeks or scrambling to renegotiate during the spike. We run month-to-month with no minimum order volume and no minimum spend, so a campaign that does 40 orders one week and 400 the next gets billed the same per-order rate either way.
Most fundraising apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, hats — ships as a single item or a small 2–3 piece bundle (shirt plus sticker, shirt plus tote). That puts the large majority of orders in our lightest per-order tier.

Pricing is per order, based on weight, and covers pick, pack, and ship; packaging materials are billed at cost, from $0.25 per mailer.

Rates are locked through Q1 2027. Packaging is billed at cost — mailers from $0.25, poly bags $0.20, boxes from $0.40.

What nonprofits and cause brands ask before signing on
These are the questions that come up on every fundraising apparel RFQ we get. Straight answers, in order:
- Minimum order volume or SKU count? None. We take on campaigns starting at a single unit.
- Setup, onboarding, or account-management fees? None. There's no setup fee.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? No contract. Month-to-month.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) to receive. Inventory received before the 2pm CT cutoff is typically available to ship the same day.
- Storage billing basis? $25 per pallet per month, climate-controlled — you pay for the fraction of the month you actually use.
- Lot or expiry tracking? Available through our WMS if your merch runs on limited print batches or seasonal drops.
- Carrier rates — pass-through or marked up? Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates, passed through at cost. No markup.
- Returns and exchanges (wrong size, damaged)? $1.50 per return, inspection included.

Most fundraising drops don't need preassembled kits — a shirt is a shirt, picked and packed per order at the flat rate above, no forced preassembly. If you want a shirt bundled with a sticker sheet and a printed thank-you card as one preassembled unit, that's kitting: available, but priced to your specific spec rather than off a published rate card. Tell us the components and you'll have a number back within 24 hours.
Getting a fundraising drop into our warehouse
- Send your SKU list — shirt count, sizes, any bundle components — through the quote form or a quick email.

- Ship or drop off inventory (walk-ins welcome with 24 hours' notice, Monday through Saturday, 9am–6pm CT).
- Orders ship same-day for anything received before the 2pm CT cutoff, once your TikTok Shop feed is connected.
