Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

How Walmart Marketplace fulfillment works with KAK
We're your pick-pack-ship warehouse for Walmart Marketplace orders — not a piece of Walmart's own software. Your inventory sits on our shelves in Houston, and every order you send us gets fulfilled and shipped under the same roof as your Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other channel orders.
- Send us your inventory. We receive and shelf your stock — $20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
- We pick, pack, and ship. Orders received before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day out of our 32,000 sqft Houston facility.
- You get tracking numbers. We hand you carrier tracking on every order so you can update the buyer's shipment status.
- Inventory stays visible. Stock levels show in the KAK WMS dashboard in real time, so you always know what's on the shelf before you sell it.
That last point matters on any marketplace — accurate on-hand counts are what keep you from overselling and having to cancel orders after the fact. A live dashboard is how we keep your numbers honest.
What Walmart Marketplace fulfillment costs
Walmart Marketplace orders are billed the same as every other pick-pack-ship channel we run — flat per-order rates based on weight, packaging materials from $0.25, no separate "integration fee."

Full-service FBA handling for units under 5 lb is $0.75/unit, including FNSKU labeling and prep labor. Materials are separate: polybag $0.20/unit and bubble wrap $0.20/unit when needed. Receiving, storage and outbound freight are separate. Lean label-ready units start at $0.50; heavier units use the published weight bands.

Questions sellers ask before switching their Walmart account over

Do you take on new sellers with a small order volume?
Yes. There's no minimum order volume — we've onboarded sellers starting with a single unit in stock.
Are there setup, onboarding, or software fees?
No. There's no setup fee to start fulfilling Walmart Marketplace orders, and the KAK WMS dashboard is included at no extra cost. We're month-to-month — no contract, no cancellation penalty.
What's the receiving cost and how fast is inventory available?
$20 per pallet ($5 per carton) to receive. We don't publish a standard receiving-to-available window for every case — for exact timing on your inbound volume, get a quote and we'll tell you straight.
How is bundle or multi-item order pricing handled?
Multi-item Walmart orders are picked and packed at the same flat per-order rate based on total weight — we don't charge per line item. If you want SKUs pre-kitted into a single bundle ahead of time instead of picked on demand, that's available and custom-quoted.
What happens with returns?
Returns are processed at $1.50 per return, inspection included.

Why route Walmart Marketplace through a 3PL instead of WFS
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is Walmart's own program, but plenty of sellers run their Walmart Marketplace listings through a third-party warehouse instead — usually because they want one fulfillment partner across every channel rather than separate inventory pools for Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify. Running Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Amazon FBM orders out of the same Houston facility means one inventory count, one storage bill, and one WMS dashboard instead of stock split across multiple fulfillment networks.
Many 3PLs charge a per-channel setup fee or a monthly software fee to add a new sales channel. We don't — adding Walmart Marketplace alongside your other channels costs nothing extra.
