Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What it actually costs to outsource fulfillment with us
Three rates cover almost everything: $0.75 per unit for Amazon FBA prep, $2.00 to $4.00 per order for FBM pick-pack-ship depending on weight (custom-quoted over 15 lb), and $25 per pallet per month for storage. These rates are the same regardless of where the order came from — Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon FBM. We don't charge more for a channel. How receiving, storage, and inventory tracking work
Receiving costs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Storage is $25 per pallet per month, so a full month runs $25 per pallet, and you're only billed for the days you actually use. Inventory that arrives before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, is checked in and logged the same day; anything after cutoff is logged the next business day.

How an order moves through our warehouse

Every order is picked and packed at the flat per-order rate above — we don't force you to preassemble bundles ahead of time. If you'd rather have SKUs kitted, bundled, or built into subscription boxes before the order lands, we can do that too; it's custom-quoted based on your build, so tell us the components and you'll have a number in 24 hours. Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up; custom inserts and branded thank-you cards are custom-quoted.
Which platforms we work with, and how support actually runs
We fulfill orders from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM, synced through KAK WMS, our real-time inventory dashboard. If you need a specific automation beyond what's built into the dashboard, tell us your platform and we'll confirm what's possible before you commit — that's a scoping conversation, not a rate-card line.
Cutoff is 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday — inventory or orders in before then ship or get prepped the same day; after cutoff, it's the next business day.

The terms: minimums, contracts, and what we quote separately
No minimum order volume, spend, or SKU count — send a single unit if that's what you have. No setup fees. No contract; it's month-to-month and you can leave with 30 days' notice. No peak-season surcharges. Returns are processed at $1.50 each, inspection included.
A few things aren't on the flat rate card because they vary by client: container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling are quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost. Kitting, bundling, subscription-box builds, and custom inserts are quoted based on your components. None of that is guesswork on our end — tell us the specifics through the quote form and you'll have real numbers in 24 hours. Common questions about outsourcing fulfillment to us
Do you accept new brands with just a few hundred units to start?
Yes. There's no minimum order volume, spend, or SKU count — we take clients starting with a single unit and scale from there.
Are there setup, onboarding, or software fees?
There's no setup fee. A software fee to use KAK WMS isn't a line item on our published rate card.
Is there a contract, and what's the cancellation penalty?
No contract. Service is month-to-month, and you can leave with 30 days' notice — no cancellation penalty.
How much does receiving cost and how fast is my inventory available to ship?
Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory that arrives before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, is checked in and available the same day; after cutoff, it's ready the next business day.
How is storage billed, and is it climate-controlled?
Storage is $25 per pallet per month — $25 per pallet for a full month — and you only pay for the fraction of the month you actually use. Every pallet sits in our climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored Houston facility.
Do you track lot numbers and expiration dates?
Yes, lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available — ask us to turn it on for your SKUs in KAK WMS.
What's included in the per-order rate, and what do branded inserts cost?
Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up.00 up to 5 lb, $2.75 for 5–8 lb, $4.00 for 8–15 lb, custom-quoted over 15 lb. Custom inserts and branded thank-you cards are custom-quoted based on your materials.
Do you preassemble bundles, or pick them on demand?
We pick and pack bundles per order at the flat rate above — no forced preassembly. If you'd rather have kits built ahead of time, that's available too; it's custom-quoted based on the build.
