Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

It means everything between your freight arriving and your inventory being sellable happens under one roof. We're a 32,000 sqft climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored warehouse at 6117 Long Dr in Houston, and every step in between — devanning, receiving, prep, storage, pick-pack-ship — runs through the same building and the same team, not a chain of subcontractors.
Most sellers who import product end up stitching together a factory or sourcing agent, a freight forwarder, and a separate domestic 3PL as three unrelated vendors, each with its own invoice and its own place for something to go wrong. We don't broker your factory relationship — but from the moment your container or LTL shipment reaches Houston, there's no second handoff. It gets devanned or received, it gets prepped or stored, and it ships, all on one dock.
The pipeline, step by step
Here's what actually happens to a shipment after it leaves the port or the factory and lands with us.
- Container devanning or LTL receiving. Full containers get devanned on-site; LTL and parcel freight is received straight off the truck. Both are quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost — we don't mark up freight.
- Count, inspect, log. Pallets are counted and logged into KAK WMS, our real-time inventory dashboard, at $20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
- Route to prep or storage. Amazon-bound units go to FBA prep (FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, cartonization). DTC/wholesale inventory that isn't shipping same-day goes to climate-controlled pallet storage.
- Hold as long as you need. Storage bills monthly at $25/pallet, pro-rated for the fraction of the month you actually use — there's no minimum hold and no forced preassembly.
- Pick, pack, ship. Orders in before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday–Saturday, ship or get prepped the same day, whether that's an Amazon FBA shipment or a Shopify order to a customer's door.

Kitting, bundling, subscription-box assembly, custom inserts, and freight/white-glove services are quoted per job against your specs — we won't invent a number for those here, but you'll have one within 24 hours of sending specs.

Is there a minimum volume, spend, or SKU count to start?
No. No minimums — you can start with a single pallet or a single unit. No setup fees, no long-term contract, month-to-month.
How long from receiving until inventory is available to sell?
Same day, if it's in before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday. That applies to both FBA prep and FBM-ready inventory.
How is storage billed, and is it climate-controlled?
$25 per pallet per month — $25 for a full month — pro-rated for partial months, in a climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored building.
Do you track lot numbers and expiration dates?
Yes, lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available through KAK WMS alongside real-time inventory visibility.
What's included in FBA prep, and what costs extra?
$0.75/unit covers FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, standard cartonization. Packaging materials are billed separately (polybag $0.20) — anything beyond standard (custom inserts, special kitting) is quoted separately.
Do you mark up shipping labels or freight?
No. USPS/UPS/FedEx labels pass through at discounted carrier rates with no markup, and container devanning/LTL freight is quoted at negotiated carrier cost.
Which sales channels does this pipeline support?
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM all route through the same warehouse and the same KAK WMS dashboard.
