Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

TikTok Shop fulfillment means shipping against a platform SLA, not just "when we get to it"
TikTok Shop tracks how fast you dispatch orders and factors it into your seller rating and organic visibility. One video can turn into a wave of orders with almost no warning — and if your 3PL can't absorb that spike and ship same-day, your rating drops right as the algorithm is deciding whether to keep showing your product. Speed isn't a nice-to-have here; it's the difference between a viral moment turning into revenue or turning into a rating penalty.
That means your fulfillment partner has to keep pace no matter how fast volume moves, and get tracking into your hands fast enough to satisfy the platform's shipping window. We fulfill TikTok Shop orders at the same per-order rate as Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and every other channel we support — no platform surcharge, no separate contract, just pick, pack, and ship before our cutoff.
We run this out of a 32,000 sqft climate-controlled warehouse at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX, monitored 24/7. Houston's central location keeps ground transit reasonable to both coasts, which matters when TikTok's SLA doesn't care which coast your customer is on.
TikTok Shop order fulfillment runs $2.00 to $4.00 (custom-quoted over 15 lb) per order, based on weight — packaging materials from $0.25
We price per order by weight, plus $0.25 × the item count on orders with two or more items — TikTok Shop orders are usually one or two items. Packaging materials are billed separately — from $0.25 for a standard mailer, $0.20 for a polybag.

Amazon FBA prep
$0.75/unit
Full-service FBA handling for units under 5 lb is $0.75/unit, including FNSKU labeling and prep labor. Materials are separate: polybag $0.20/unit and bubble wrap $0.20/unit when needed. Receiving, storage and outbound freight are separate. Lean label-ready units start at $0.50; heavier units use the published weight bands.

Branded inserts, kitting, bundling, and subscription-box assembly aren't on this rate card — they're custom-quoted because they vary by SKU. Send specs through get a quote and you'll have a number in 24 hours.
A TikTok Shop store doing 400 orders a month runs about $950 through our warehouse
Here's the real math, using only the published rates above — no rounding tricks, no "starting at."
- 400 orders/month, under 5 lb: 400 × $2.00 = $800
- 3 pallets of storage, full month: billed monthly at $25/pallet, 3 × $25 = $75
- Receiving one inbound shipment of 3 pallets: 3 × $20 = $60
- 10 returns processed: 10 × $1.50 = $15
Total: roughly $950 for the month — about $2.38 per order all-in, storage and receiving included. Push volume to 1,000 orders a month on the same 3 pallets and the per-order cost drops closer to $2.15, because storage and receiving don't scale with order count.
This example assumes standard packaging with no branded inserts or kitting. Add those and we'll quote the delta — it won't move the per-order pick-pack-ship number above.
No minimums, no setup fees, no contracts — here's what's actually included
We don't require a minimum order volume, a minimum SKU count, or a minimum monthly spend. You can start with a single unit. There's no setup fee and no onboarding fee.
We work month-to-month — no contract, no cancellation penalty. If TikTok Shop isn't working out for you in three months, you leave with your inventory and nothing owed beyond what you've used. We also don't add peak-season surcharges, which is worth asking any 3PL about directly since it's common industry practice to add one around Q4.
On carriers: we pass through discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates at cost — no markup. On returns: $1.50 per return, inspection included, so you know what came back and why. On tracking and inventory: our KAK WMS dashboard shows real-time stock levels, and lot-number and expiration-date tracking are available if your SKUs need it.

Storage bills monthly per pallet, and every return gets inspected before it goes back on your shelf
Pallet storage is $25 per pallet per month — climate-controlled, so it works for cosmetics, supplements, and anything else sensitive to heat swings in a Houston summer. You're billed for the fraction of the month you actually use, not a flat monthly minimum. Full details are on our storage page.
Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Whether you're restocking weekly ahead of a TikTok Shop campaign or monthly on a steady cadence, receiving works the same way — same rate, same process.
Returns come back to us, get inspected, and get logged — $1.50 per return. You get visibility into what's damaged, what's resellable, and what needs to be disposed of, instead of a box of returns sitting unopened.
Every shipment is covered up to $500,000, and we're liable for our own handling errors. If you also run inventory through Amazon, container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove receiving are available — those are quoted per shipment at negotiated carrier cost, so we won't guess a number here; ask and you'll get one fast.
