Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What's actually pushing sellers out of coastal warehouses
Three things, in order: storage bills that climb every peak season, port congestion that adds days to inbound freight, and running separate 3PL relationships for every sales channel. None of those are unique to any one seller — they show up in almost every request we get from a brand that's outgrown its first warehouse.
Coastal 3PLs sit on expensive real estate, and many pass that cost through as tiered storage pricing that gets steeper the longer inventory sits, plus setup fees and minimum-volume contracts that don't make sense for a brand still finding its monthly order volume. None of that is required to run a fulfillment operation — it's a function of where the warehouse sits and how the contract is written.

Why Houston specifically
Houston is a major logistics hub with a large carrier network already running through it, which is part of why we built our facility here. For a domestic ecommerce brand shipping FBM orders or replenishing FBA inventory, that central position means ground carriers can reach most of the country without the long one-directional hauls sellers on either coast deal with.
Our facility is 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, and monitored 24/7, at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. We've run it since 2024 and currently hold inventory for 180+ ecommerce sellers. Walk-ins are welcome with 24 hours' notice, Monday through Saturday, 9am–6pm CT — if you want to see the floor before you commit, ask.
What it costs — the published rate card
These are the rates we quote every seller, published and locked through Q1 2027. No tiers you have to negotiate into, no "call for pricing" on the basics.

No minimums, no setup fees, no contracts — month-to-month. There's no setup fee. Kitting, bundling, subscription-box assembly, container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling are available and custom-quoted based on your specs.
What a month actually costs
Take a mid-size DTC brand: 5 pallets of standing inventory, a 2-pallet restock shipment that month, 200 Amazon units prepped, and 100 FBM orders shipped, all under 5 lb.

Carrier postage isn't in that total — it passes through at the discounted rate with no markup, so it's whatever USPS, UPS, or FedEx charges for the label. What to ask any 3PL before you move — including us
We get the same itemized questions from almost every brand evaluating a move. Here's how we answer them, so you know what to ask wherever you end up.
- Minimums and contracts. No minimum order volume, no minimum SKU count, no contract — we work month-to-month. A brand launching with a few hundred units is exactly the size client we take on.
- Setup, onboarding, and software fees. None. There's no setup fee.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available. $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Inventory received before the 2pm CT cutoff is processed the same day.
- Storage billing basis. Per pallet, billed monthly, climate-controlled. You're charged for the fraction of the month you actually use, not rounded up to a full month.
- Lot and expiration tracking. Available through our KAK WMS dashboard, alongside real-time inventory visibility.
- Packaging and branded inserts. Standard packaging materials bill separately — from $0.25 for a mailer, $0.20 per polybag. Custom inserts, thank-you cards, and kitting are available, custom-quoted based on your materials.
- Bundles and preassembly. We pick and pack per order at the flat rates above — no forced preassembly. If you want items kitted ahead of time, that's available and custom-quoted.
- Carrier rates and surcharges. Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates pass through at cost, no markup, no peak-season surcharges.
- Returns. $1.50 per return, inspection included.
- Platform integrations. We work with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM — one warehouse, every channel.

When moving actually makes sense — and when it doesn't
If you're shipping a couple dozen orders a month out of a spare room, the math on switching 3PLs probably doesn't work yet — your own time is cheaper than a fulfillment contract at that volume, even one with no minimums. Move once your order volume is eating your week, once you're paying for storage you don't need at your current warehouse, or once you're adding a second or third sales channel and juggling separate inventory pools is causing stockouts.
The honest trigger is usually a bad month: a storage bill that jumped without warning, a port delay that cost you the buy box, or a peak-season surcharge nobody mentioned at signup.
