Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

Receiving and storage
Receiving: $20 per pallet ($5 per carton)
Receiving costs $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) Inventory that arrives before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, is processed the same day — so your stock is sellable fast, not sitting in a receiving queue.

Storage: $25 per pallet, billed monthly
Storage is $25 per pallet per monthly billing period — and because we bill by the fraction of the month used instead of a flat monthly minimum, you pay only for the fraction of the month your pallets actually occupy. The warehouse is 32,000 sqft, climate-controlled, and monitored 24/7. In a Houston summer, climate control is not a luxury line item; it is the difference between sellable inventory and melted, warped, or humidity-damaged stock.

Amazon FBA prep: $0.75 per unit under 5 lb for full-service handling, with materials separate
Full-service FBA handling for units under 5 lb is $0.75/unit, including FNSKU labeling and prep labor. Materials are separate: polybag $0.20/unit and bubble wrap $0.20/unit when needed. Receiving, storage and outbound freight are separate. Lean label-ready units start at $0.50; heavier units use the published weight bands.
Units that arrive before 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday, are prepped the same day. That matters when a restock deadline is close or a listing is about to go stranded. FBM and DTC fulfillment: from $2.00 per order
Pick, pack, and ship is a flat $2.00 per order for anything up to 5 lb, $2.75 for 5–8 lb, $4.00 for 8–15 lb, and custom-quoted over 15 lb. Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up. Postage is billed separately at our discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates — passed through at cost, with no markup.
Orders sync into KAK WMS, our real-time inventory dashboard, from wherever you sell: Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM. You can see stock levels in the dashboard yourself, in real time, instead of emailing to ask. Two policies worth calling out because most buyers have been burned on them:
- Bundles are picked per order. A three-item bundle is picked and packed at the flat per-order rate — we do not force you to pre-assemble kits before we will ship them. If you want kits pre-built anyway, kitting is available and custom-quoted.
- Mistakes are ours to pay for. We are fully liable for our own handling, and shipments carry insurance coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence. If we mispick, we fix it and we absorb it.
Returns, kitting, and the things that cost extra
Returns processing is $1.50 per return, inspection included — every return gets opened and checked, not just restacked on a shelf. If you need photo documentation of damaged returns, refurbishment, or disposal handled to your spec, tell us exactly what you want; that work is custom-quoted and you will have the number in 24 hours.
The same honesty applies to everything else off the flat-rate card. Kitting, bundling, subscription-box assembly, and custom inserts or thank-you cards are custom-quoted, because a two-piece kit and a nine-piece box with tissue paper are not the same job. Container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove options are quoted per shipment at our negotiated carrier cost. We would rather tell you plainly what is not flat-rate than bury it in an accessorial schedule you discover on your first invoice.
What a month actually costs
Here is the arithmetic at three common volumes, using only the published rates above. Assumptions: all orders under 5 lb, one inbound delivery for the month, and a full month of storage ($25 per pallet-month). Postage is extra, billed at carrier cost.

Notice what is missing from that table: no setup fee and no minimum-volume penalty. Postage sits on top, at the discounted carrier rate we actually pay.

The RFQ answers, before you send the RFQ
Most serious buyers send us the same itemized list of questions. Here it is, answered in advance.
- Do you accept new brands with ~500 units? Yes. No minimum order volume, no minimum spend, no minimum SKU count. A 500-unit launch is a normal first receiving here.
- Setup, onboarding, software, integration, account-management fees? There is no setup fee. Beyond that, you pay the published per-unit, per-order, and per-pallet rates plus postage at cost — ask about anything we have not published and you will get a straight answer in 24 hours.
- Contract or cancellation penalties? None. Month-to-month. Leave whenever you want; we keep clients by being cheap and fast, not by lock-in.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). In before 2pm CT Monday–Saturday, processed the same day.
- Storage billing basis and climate control? $25 per pallet, billed monthly, in a climate-controlled building — you pay for the fraction of the month you use.
- Lot and expiry tracking? Available in KAK WMS.
- Per-order cost and bundle rules? $2.00 per order up to 5 lb (tiers above by weight). Bundles are picked per order at the flat rate — no forced preassembly.
- What packaging is included, and what do branded inserts cost? Packaging materials are billed at cost — standard mailers from $0.25, polybags $0.20, never marked up. Branded inserts and custom packaging are custom-quoted within 24 hours.
- Carrier mix, markups, surcharges? USPS, UPS, and FedEx at discounted rates, passed through at cost. No markup, no peak-season surcharges.
