If you sell on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify or TikTok Shop and want a Houston-area warehouse, these nine 3PLs are worth a call: Thrive 3PL, FulfillPlus, DeltaShipExpress, KAK Sourcing, FlexPrep, Global Partner Warehousing, Symbia Logistics, Smart Warehousing and Buske Logistics. They differ most on three things: whether they publish rates, how big an account they want, and whether you need one Houston building or a national network. What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

How we judged
- A real Houston-area warehouse. The company's own website had to show a working facility in Houston or a nearby suburb (Katy, Sugar Land and Baytown count). Headquarters-only offices and "coming soon" sites were left out.
- Ecommerce fit. The site had to name ecommerce work: DTC orders, Amazon FBA or FBM, Walmart, Shopify or TikTok Shop.
- Pricing you can see. Published rates let you compare before a sales call, so we note them. Quote-only is common in this industry and does not disqualify anyone.
- Commitment. Minimums, setup fees and contract length, as each company publishes them.
- Footprint. One building or a multi-region network. Neither is better in general. It depends on where your customers are and how much volume you ship.
- Specialties. FDA or cGMP facilities, import handling, high-volume prep and support for sellers based outside the US.
What we did not do: we did not visit these warehouses, place test orders or score online reviews. Every fact below comes from the company's own website as of September 2026, and each entry links to the pages we used. We built the starting set from third-party directories (Clutch, Racklify, fulfill.com, PrepCenterSearch and fbaprepfinder) and dropped any company whose own site we could not confirm.
1. Thrive 3PL — best for growing DTC and B2B brands
Thrive runs a 250,000 sq ft warehouse at 3800 Brittmoore Road, Suite 190, in Houston. It handles DTC orders, EDI-compliant B2B and retail orders, returns, kitting and marketplace prep for FBA and FBM. Its site lists 120+ native integrations, including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Faire and Wayfair.
Its pricing page names the fee categories (setup, receiving, storage, pick and pack, FBA prep) and says it works with brands shipping 200 to 20,000 orders a month. Actual rates are quote-only. The one published figure is onboarding: most brands pay $200–$500. Terms are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Stated FBA prep turnaround is 2–3 business days, with rush options.
Watch for: Thrive's FBA page says its prep service is aimed at established DTC brands expanding into Amazon, not resellers on thin margins. If you run wholesale or arbitrage, ask whether you fit.

2. FulfillPlus — best for brands that want Houston plus a second coast
FulfillPlus operates a Houston fulfillment center at 5670 Guhn Rd #200 (77040), a West Coast warehouse at the Port of Oakland, and an East Coast location listed in its site menu. Services include ecommerce and DTC fulfillment, retail fulfillment, subscription boxes, kitting, rework, custom printing and returns.
Integrations listed on its homepage include TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and WooCommerce. The homepage states "No Monthly Minimums" and shows FDA and HAZMAT certification logos. There is no pricing page, so rates are quote-only.
Watch for: Because rates are not published, ask for a written quote that breaks out receiving, storage and pick-and-pack so you can compare it line by line. If you need regulated storage, ask which of its facilities the FDA and hazmat certifications cover.

3. DeltaShipExpress — best for sellers importing from China
DeltaShipExpress says it has 15 years of experience. It runs a 43,000 sq ft Houston facility (ZIP 77041) with 35-foot ceilings and 8 loading docks, plus a Los Angeles location and facilities in China. Services include B2B and B2C pick, pack and ship, FBA prep, FBM shipping, returns, transloading, cross-docking, kitting, ocean and air shipments, and 321/Type 86 shipments from its China warehouse.
It integrates with Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, ChannelAdvisor, Etsy and eBay, and says its SmartCenter app has no monthly or annual fee. Its pricing page lists no rates; you call or email for a quote.
Watch for: If the China-to-US route is why you are looking, ask how 321/Type 86 entries apply to your products under current customs rules, and get the landed cost per unit in writing.

4. KAK Sourcing — best for small and mid-size sellers who want published rates
This is us. KAK Global Link Inc, doing business as KAK Sourcing, runs one climate-controlled warehouse of about 32,000 sq ft at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087. Our founders have been selling and fulfilling since 2019. The company was incorporated in Texas in 2023, and the warehouse has operated since June 2024. We serve 180+ sellers.
We publish our rates. For items under 5 lb, FBM is $2.00 per order and FBA prep is $0.75 per unit full-service (Lean from $1.75 and $0.50). Storage is $25 per pallet per month for the first three months, receiving is $20 per pallet or $5 per carton on every inbound, and returns are $1.50 per unit. There is no setup fee, no minimum and no long-term contract. We also prep for Walmart WFS and work with sellers based outside the US.
Not the best fit if: you need several warehouses, cold chain or frozen storage, or enterprise-volume pricing. For hazmat, ask us; we review it case by case.

5. FlexPrep — best for high-volume Amazon FBA prep
FlexPrep has operated since May 2016 from a single-tenant 15,000 sq ft warehouse at 9000 Tallyho Rd, Houston, TX 77061, with a fenced container yard and a partner network for overflow. It publishes FBA prep tiers for labeled, standard-size items: $1.00 per unit at 1,000–5,000 units a month, $0.90 at 5,000+ and $0.70 at 30,000+, with labels, poly bags and boxes included. Bundles run $1.75 down to $1.35 per set.
It lists no setup fees, contracts or subscriptions. Storage and oversize handling are quoted separately, and FBA removal orders carry a $100 minimum per order. FlexPrep also does DTC and B2B fulfillment on ShipHero for Shopify, Amazon FBM, Walmart (WFS and seller-fulfilled), TikTok Shop and others, with per-order rates by quote. Stated prep turnaround is same day or next business day. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:00pm Central.
Watch for: The published tiers start at 1,000 units a month. Ask what applies if you send fewer.

6. Global Partner Warehousing — best for comparing FBA prep prices in Katy
Global Partner Warehousing (GPW) runs a warehouse at 11555 Gaston Rd, Bldg H, Katy, TX 77494, built in 2022 with 50-foot ceilings. It offers Amazon FBA prep, Walmart WFS and FBM support, kitting and assembly, storage and cloud-based inventory tracking.
Its pricing page is one of the more detailed in the area. FBA prep is $0.80 per item for 1–200 items, $0.75 for 201–999, $0.72 for 1,000–5,000 and $0.66 above 5,000. Receiving, damage inspection, FNSKU labeling and dunnage are listed as included. FBM runs $2.70 to $3.70 per item by size and weight. Storage is $30 per pallet per month, with the first 7 days at no charge, and box handling is $1.00. It lists no initial setup cost for international customers and mentions discounts for startups.
Watch for: The pricing page notes that conditions apply. Confirm what the per-item price includes before you compare it with other quotes.

7. Symbia Logistics — best for FDA/cGMP-regulated products at volume
Symbia lists five fulfillment locations: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Nashville and Reno. It describes all of them as Class A, climate-controlled buildings. The Houston site is at 1060 Lockwood Dr, Houston, TX 77020, and Symbia's Houston page describes it as an FDA-certified cGMP warehouse that supports high-volume ecommerce brands and retail distribution.
Services on its site include multichannel fulfillment, ecommerce order fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, and supply chain management. It does not publish rates or minimums; pricing is by quote.
Watch for: The Houston page speaks to high-volume brands and retail distribution. If you ship a few hundred orders a month, ask early whether your account is a fit.

8. Smart Warehousing — best for brands that need a multi-region network
Smart Warehousing's Houston market page lists a facility at 4101 South FM 565, Baytown, TX 77523, with 142,000 sq ft of bulk and pallet storage, 32 miles from the Port of Houston. Services include ecommerce fulfillment (custom packaging, platform integration, kitting), B2B and retail fulfillment, and transportation management covering LTL, FTL, parcel and drayage.
Its network spans the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest (Dallas and Houston) and West, including cold storage sites in Jacksonville, Kansas City and Reno. Pricing and minimums are not published.
Watch for: The cold storage sites it lists are outside Texas. If you need temperature control in Houston specifically, confirm what the Baytown building offers.
9. Buske Logistics — best for large B2B and retail programs
Buske says it was founded in 1923 and lists 42 locations across the US, Canada and Mexico. Its Sugar Land facility at 1641 Gillingham Ln, Sugar Land, TX 77478, is 234,000 sq ft with 72 dock doors (including 2 drive-ins), 15 levelers and 30-foot clearance, and is described as FDA approved.
Services at Sugar Land include contract warehousing, ecommerce pick-and-pack and direct-to-consumer shipping, retail fulfillment, FBA prep, kitting, labeling, light assembly, cross-docking and contract transportation. Pricing and minimums are not published.
Watch for: Buske's homepage leads with contract warehousing, co-packing and sequencing for large shippers. A smaller ecommerce seller should ask about minimum volumes and how ecommerce accounts are staffed.

How to choose between them
New or small Amazon and Walmart sellers
Start with the providers that publish prices, so you can build a budget before any calls: KAK Sourcing and Global Partner Warehousing publish full cards. FlexPrep publishes prep tiers from 1,000 units a month.
High-volume FBA prep
If you send tens of thousands of units a month to Amazon, FlexPrep's published $0.70 tier at 30,000+ units is a useful benchmark. Ask Thrive and Buske for quotes at the same volume to compare.
Growing DTC brands with wholesale accounts
Thrive 3PL and FulfillPlus both name DTC plus retail and B2B work, and both list TikTok Shop and Walmart integrations. Thrive publishes its order-volume range; FulfillPlus states no monthly minimums.
Importers from China and Asia
DeltaShipExpress runs facilities in China and Houston. Thrive says it handles full container loads near the Port of Houston. KAK Sourcing works with overseas sellers who need a US inventory address.
Supplements, cosmetics and other regulated goods
Symbia (FDA-certified cGMP in Houston), Buske (FDA-approved Sugar Land site) and FulfillPlus (FDA logo on its site) are the ones to ask. Request current registration documents before you ship.
Brands that need more than one warehouse
Smart Warehousing, Symbia, Buske and FulfillPlus all run sites outside Houston. KAK Sourcing does not; we have one Houston building.
Sellers based outside the US
KAK Sourcing takes wire, ACH or card and provides a US address for inventory and returns. Global Partner Warehousing lists no setup cost for international customers.
Questions to ask any provider on this list
- What is my all-in cost per order at my volume, including pick and pack, packaging, receiving, storage and postage? Ask for a worked example with your real numbers.
- Is receiving charged per pallet, per carton or per unit, and does it apply to every inbound shipment?
- How is storage billed (pallet, shelf, bin or cubic foot), and does the rate change the longer inventory sits?
- What is the daily cutoff for same-day processing, and do you work Saturdays and holidays?
- Are there monthly minimums, setup or onboarding fees, and how much notice do I give to leave?
- Is postage passed through at carrier cost or marked up, and which carriers do you use?
- Which of my sales channels connect natively, and who fixes an integration when orders stop flowing?
- How much insurance covers my goods in your building, and is it per occurrence or aggregate?
- Who pays for a mis-pick, a lost unit or an Amazon inbound problem caused by bad prep?
- Can I see inventory and orders in real time, and does the dashboard cost extra?
