What are your FBA prep and FBM fulfillment rates?
We charge a flat $1/unit for Amazon FBA prep (includes FNSKU, poly bagging, and cartonization) and $2.75/order for FBM fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship). Storage is billed biweekly at $25/pallet.
What is your daily cutoff time for same-day shipping?
Our same-day FBA prep and FBM dispatch cutoff is 2pm CT. Orders or prep requests received before this time are processed and ready for carrier pickup the same business day.
Do you integrate with Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop?
Yes, we support sellers across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and eBay. We integrate natively with your store to automate order routing and inventory tracking.
Are there setup fees or hidden contract charges?
No. We do not charge setup fees, account management fees, or receiving fees for standard palletized shipments. We also offer 15 days of free storage for new accounts.
