What a Month of Wholesale Reorders Actually Costs

Say you run a monthly reorder cycle: one 24-pallet truckload comes in, you prep 3,000 units for FBA, and you carry an average of 10 pallets of overflow stock in storage between shipments. Here's the real math, using only our published rates.

That works out to roughly $0.99 per unit in total handling cost — receiving, prep, and storage combined — on top of your product and inbound freight cost, which we don't touch or mark up. Ship fewer pallets or fewer units and the math scales down the same way; there's no minimum spend to hit.

Storage Between Wholesale Shipments

Pallet storage is $25 per pallet per month, prorated — if a pallet only sits with us for part of the month before it ships out, you pay for that fraction, not a full month's rate for space you didn't need. Held for a full month, that works out to $25/pallet — but most wholesale sellers turn inventory faster than that, which is the point.

How Your Inventory Moves Through Our Warehouse
