Before you request a quote
Know the cost. Check the fit. Plan your first shipment.
Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

Ecommerce fulfillment is us receiving your inventory, storing it, and picking, packing, and shipping orders as they land — for $2.00 per FBM order and $0.75 per unit on Amazon FBA prep, no setup fee, no contract. Everything moves through one 32,000 sqft climate-controlled building at 6117 Long Dr in Houston, monitored 24/7.
- Inventory received before the 2pm CT cutoff is logged the same business day — $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) in one shipment.
- It's stored in climate-controlled racking at $25 per pallet, billed monthly.
- Orders sync in automatically from your store — Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon.
- We pick, pack, and ship before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday.
- You watch stock levels move in real time in the KAK WMS dashboard.

Kitting, bundling, subscription-box assembly, custom inserts, container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling are all available — those are custom-quoted against your specs, not flat-rated, because the labor varies too much to publish one number.

What a Real Month Costs
Take a seller running both channels: 200 Amazon units through FBA prep, 300 DTC orders on Shopify under 5 lb, 10 pallets in storage, and 2 pallets received that month.

That's roughly $2.08 blended per unit/order across the month — no software fee, no account-management fee, no minimum-spend clause sitting underneath it. Storage bills monthly and is prorated, so you only pay for the pallet-days you actually use, not a full calendar month rounded up in our favor.

Add storage and receiving on top if you hold inventory with us — see the worked example above. If your average order runs 5–8 lb, swap in the $2.75 tier; heavier categories use the $2.75 or $4.00 tiers from the rate table.
Setup, Contracts, and the Questions Buyers Always Ask First
Short answer to most of it: no minimums, no setup fee, no contract. Here's the rest, itemized the way an RFQ usually asks for it.
- New brand with a few hundred units? We onboard sellers at any volume — there's no minimum order count, spend, or SKU count to start.
- Setup, onboarding, software, or account-management fees? None.
- Contract or cancellation penalty? Month-to-month. No lock-in.
- Receiving cost and time-to-available? $20 per pallet ($5 per carton) per shipment. Inventory received before the 2pm CT cutoff is logged the same business day.
- Storage billing basis and climate control? $25 per pallet, billed monthly, in a climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored building.
- Lot and expiration tracking? Available in the KAK WMS.
- Per-order pick-pack for small orders, and bundle pricing? Flat per-order rate by weight tier — a 1-item order and a 5-item bundle in the same box both bill at the same rate. No forced preassembly; if you want items kitted ahead of time instead of picked on demand, that's available and custom-quoted.
- What packaging is included, and what do branded inserts cost? Poly bags and bubble wrap are included in the per-unit prep rate; packaging materials for orders start at $0.25. Custom inserts and thank-you cards are custom-quoted — tell us the specs and you'll have a number in 24 hours.
- Carrier mix — rate pass-through or markup? Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates, passed through at cost. No markup, no peak-season surcharges.
- Returns fees, inspection, restocking? $1.50 per return, inspection included. Photo documentation, restocking, and disposal needs vary by product — ask and we'll quote it in writing.

Storage, Receiving, and Inventory Visibility
Storage runs $25 per pallet per month — $25 a month for a pallet held the full month — in our climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored building. Receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
Every SKU is visible in the KAK WMS the moment it's checked in, with lot-number and expiration-date tracking available. You can check stock levels, see what's in transit, and pull reports without calling us.
Kitting, bundling, and subscription-box assembly all run through the same building — custom-quoted once we know the SKUs and assembly steps involved.
