Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 full-service FBA units under 5 lb × $0.75 = $375. If each needs a $0.20 polybag, add $100; one inbound pallet adds $20 and one full billable pallet-month adds $25. Total: $520 before outbound shipping or other requested work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What FTW1 Is, and What "Near FTW1" Actually Means for Your Shipment
FTW1 is Amazon's fulfillment center in Fort Worth, TX — part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, a separate metro area well north of our Houston warehouse. If you searched for a prep center "near FTW1," here's the honest answer: Amazon's inbound placement service decides which fulfillment center actually receives your inventory — not you, and not us. Being close to FTW1 on a map doesn't guarantee your boxes land there.
What a Houston prep location does give you is inventory that stays inside Texas the whole way in — trucked into the North Texas Amazon cluster, FTW1 included, instead of crossing state lines or an ocean before Amazon even decides where it lands.
If you want more control over where inventory lands, ship smaller single-SKU shipments — Amazon is less likely to split those — or review your inbound placement settings in Seller Central before you create the shipping plan. We prep either way, full case-pack or individual carton, at the same $0.75 per unit rate.
What Houston FBA Prep Costs
Full-service FBA handling for units under 5 lb is $0.75/unit, including FNSKU labeling and prep labor. Materials are separate: polybag $0.20/unit and bubble wrap $0.20/unit when needed. Receiving, storage and outbound freight are separate. Lean label-ready units start at $0.50; heavier units use the published weight bands.

What 500 Units Actually Costs, Start to Finish
Say you're launching a skincare line with 500 units and need them received, prepped, and staged for FBA. Here's the real math, using only our published rates:
- 500 units × $0.75 FBA prep = $375.00
- Inventory arrives on 2 pallets: 2 × $20.00 receiving = $40.00
- Prep takes part of one month of storage before everything ships out: 2 pallets × $25.00 = $50.00
Total: $465.00 to receive, prep, and stage 500 units for FBA — no setup fee stacked on top.
Scaling up: run 100 FBM orders a month alongside FBA prep and budget roughly $200 in fulfillment fees (100 × $2.00 for orders under 5 lb). At 300 orders a month, that's roughly $600. Heavier orders cost more — $2.75 for 5–8 lb, $4.00 for 8–15 lb, custom-quoted over 15 lb. These are the only fulfillment numbers we publish; kitting, custom inserts, and freight get quoted against your actual specs.
How Inventory Moves From Our Dock to FTW1
- Inventory arrives at our Houston warehouse — by container from the Port of Houston, LTL freight, or small-parcel carrier.
- We receive and count against your packing list ($20/pallet ($5/carton)).
- We prep to Amazon spec: FNSKU labels, polybagging, bubble wrap, cartonization ($0.75/unit).
- Prepped inventory is staged or short-term stored ($25/pallet, billed monthly) until your shipping plan is ready.
- We ship per Amazon's assigned inbound placement — FTW1 or another center in the network — before the 2pm CT cutoff for same-day dispatch, Monday through Saturday.
Walk-ins are welcome with 24 hours' notice, Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm CT, if you want to see the floor before you commit. Our warehouse is insured up to $500,000 per occurrence, and we're liable for our own handling.
The Questions Every New Brand Asks Before Signing On
These come up on almost every quote request we get, so here are the direct answers:
- Do you take on new brands with a few hundred units? Yes. No minimums — you can start with a single unit.
- Setup fees? None. There's no setup fee — that's a published rate, not a "starting at" number.
- Contract or cancellation penalties? Month-to-month. There's no contract to break.
- Peak-season surcharges? None — the rates on this page hold through Q1 2027.
- Lot or expiration-date tracking? Available through our WMS dashboard for inventory that needs it.
- Are carrier rates marked up? No. Discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates pass through at cost.
What's Custom-Quoted, Not Flat-Rate
A few services depend too much on your specific product to publish a flat number. We quote these against your actual specs, usually within 24 hours:
- Kitting, bundling, and subscription-box assembly
- Custom inserts or branded thank-you cards
- Container devanning, LTL freight, and white-glove handling
Bundles that don't need preassembly are simple: we pick and pack them per order at the flat FBM rates above, no forced kitting required. If you want everything preassembled ahead of time, that part gets quoted custom.
