What "FBM fulfillment" means when we run it
FBM means you own the order relationship — Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, or Amazon's own FBM channel — and we own the warehouse work behind it: receiving your inventory, storing it, then picking, packing, and shipping each order the moment it comes in. You never touch a box.
Every order ships from one building: our 32,000 sqft climate-controlled facility at 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087, monitored 24/7. We've run this for 180+ ecommerce sellers since we started, so the integration and packing process isn't a pilot for us — it's the daily job.
Orders placed before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day. Nothing sits waiting for a second pass.

That's the whole rate card for pick-pack-ship. Add receiving ($20 per pallet ($5 per carton)), storage ($25 per pallet, billed monthly), and returns processing ($1.50 per return, inspection included) and you have every recurring line item — nothing else shows up on the invoice. What's included in $2.00, and what we bill separately
Packaging materials are billed from $0.25 for a standard mailer ($0.20 for a polybag), at every weight tier. Carrier postage is also separate: we pass through discounted USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates at cost, no markup, billed as the actual label cost on your invoice.

What a month actually costs
Take the published rates and run them against real volume. These examples assume orders average under 5 lb, roughly 5% return rate, and storage of 1/2/4 pallets at the 50/100/300-order volumes shown below — your actual pallet count depends on product size. They don't include carrier postage — that's billed separately at cost, so it varies by carrier and zone.

Storage is billed at $25 per pallet per month, prorated — you pay for the fraction of the month you actually use, so "$25/pallet/mo" above is a full-month figure. There's no setup fee. Postage is billed at carrier cost on top of these totals.

No discovery call required. The per-order rate is already published above — tell us your monthly order volume and SKU count so we can confirm the details and get your account set up.
- Send your SKU list, average order weight, and current sales channel — Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, wherever you sell.
- We confirm your per-order rate off the published tiers above and connect your store to KAK WMS for real-time inventory sync.
- Ship your inventory to 6117 Long Dr, Houston, TX 77087 — receiving is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton).
- There's no setup fee.
- Orders sync automatically from your store; anything in before 2pm CT Monday–Saturday ships the same day.

- Lot and expiration tracking: available for SKUs that need it — supplements, cosmetics, anything with a shelf life.
- Preassembly vs. pick-on-demand: we pick and pack each order at the flat per-order rate above; nothing is force-preassembled into kits you didn't ask for. Want kits or bundles built ahead of time? That's a custom-quoted kitting service.
- Carrier mix and markup: USPS, UPS, and FedEx, at discounted rates, passed through at cost — no carrier markup hidden inside the per-order price.
- Peak season: no peak-season surcharges. Your rate in November is your rate in July.
- Insurance: coverage up to $500,000 per occurrence; KAK carries liability for its own handling.
