Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 single-item orders under 5 lb × $2.00 full-service handling = $1,000. At $0.25 per mailer add $125; two full billable pallet-months add $50 and one inbound pallet adds $20. Total: $1,195 BEFORE postage, returns or extra work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.
Heavier items use different weight bands; over 15 lb or bulky items need a written quote. See the complete rate card.
Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

What subscription box fulfillment costs
Every recurring box we ship is billed at our flat per-order rate, priced by weight after it's packed — not by SKU count, not by "kit complexity." Custom kitting labor (tissue wrap, crinkle, sticker sealing, insert placement) is quoted separately once we see your build, because a 3-item candle box and an 8-item beauty box take different labor, and we're not going to guess a number and pad it.

What a month actually costs
Fulfillment cost scales directly with order volume. Here's the flat rate at a few common subscriber counts, using the under-5-lb tier most single-item boxes fall into:

Kitting labor isn't in that total — it's custom-quoted once we see your box build. Receiving on a restock shipment is $20/pallet ($5/carton).
Custom kitting, without the missing-insert problem
For a subscription box, the unboxing is the product. A missing thank-you card or a crooked sticker reads as sloppy and costs you a renewal — so kitting is a QC problem before it's a labor problem. Here's how we run it:
- You send your box build spec: components, quantities per box, placement order, and any branded packaging.
- We quote kitting labor against that spec — tissue wrap, crinkle fill, sticker sealing, insert placement, whatever the build calls for.
- Once you approve the quote, we kit the build in-house at our Houston facility.
- Boxes ship in your batch window, tracking synced back to your platform.
We don't force preassembly if you don't want it — bundles can also be picked and packed per order at the flat per-order rate above with no kitting step at all, if your box is simple enough not to need one.
Setup, contracts, and minimums
Short answer: none of the usual friction. No setup fee, no minimum order volume or minimum monthly spend, no long-term contract. We work month-to-month.
- Minimum order volume: none. Launching with 500 units, or even fewer, is fine.
- Contract: none — month-to-month.
- Peak-season surcharge: none, including around your subscription renewal spikes.
- Insurance: your inventory is covered up to $500,000 per occurrence while it's in our hands; we're liable for our own handling errors.
What does cost extra: custom kitting labor, freight/LTL/container devanning (quoted at negotiated carrier cost), and branded packaging beyond standard materials. We'd rather tell you that up front than bury it in a line item later.
Storage, receiving, and inventory tracking
Storage is $25 per pallet, billed monthly, in a climate-controlled section of our 32,000 sqft Houston facility — you're billed for the fraction of the month you actually use, not a flat monthly minimum. That matters for subscription brands because inventory levels swing hard around each ship date: full pallets right after a restock, thinning out as boxes go out the door.
Receiving inbound shipments — product, empty boxes, printed inserts — is $20 per pallet ($5 per carton). Our WMS gives you a real-time dashboard of what's on hand, and lot-number and expiration-date tracking is available if your box includes anything perishable or date-sensitive (skincare, food, supplements).

Integrations, cutoffs, and returns
We connect to Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy, Magento, and Amazon FBM, so recurring orders from your subscription platform pull into our system automatically on your billing cycle — no manual order entry on either end. Inventory counts and tracking numbers sync back in real time.
Anything in our system before the 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, ships the same day — that rule holds whether it's five orders or a thousand. A full monthly batch clears over however many business days it takes to run through cutoff, not all at once.
Returns are $1.50 per return, and that includes inspection.
