Start with a small shipment or an established operation. There is no minimum volume. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the handling, space and shipping you actually need.
What will my first month cost?
Example: 500 full-service FBA units under 5 lb × $0.75 = $375. If each needs a $0.20 polybag, add $100; one inbound pallet adds $20 and one full billable pallet-month adds $25. Total: $520 before outbound shipping or other requested work.
Examples use standard storage in the first three months. Long-stay pallet rates are $28/month in months 3–6 and $32/month after six months. Your written quote separates receiving, storage, handling, materials and shipping. Build your own estimate.
Why are there two handling prices?
Under 5 lb, Lean FBA is $0.50/unit and Lean FBM is $1.75/order when goods arrive pre-packed and ready to label. Full-service handling is $0.75/FBA unit or $2.00/FBM order; materials and postage are separate. These are service tiers, not automatic volume discounts.

Can you handle my products and platform?
Share your product type, packed dimensions and weight, sales platform and expected volume. Small batches and returns-only enquiries are welcome. Batteries, liquids, food, supplements, temperature-sensitive, hazardous or oversized items need acceptance and handling requirements confirmed before you ship.
For Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or another platform such as Amboras, tell us how orders and inventory are exchanged. The team confirms the connection or file workflow before onboarding; a platform name alone does not guarantee a supported integration.
How do I send inventory?
- Send your SKU list, dimensions, weights and carton/pallet count.
- Receive the written scope, rates and product-acceptance confirmation.
- Confirm account setup, labeling and receiving instructions with the team before dispatch.
- Send shipment details and tracking; agree the first prep job or order workflow.

What about shipping and storage dimensions?
For a shipping estimate, send origin and destination ZIP codes, packed dimensions, weight, parcel count and desired delivery speed. Handling prices do not include carrier postage. Storage is charged only by carton or pallet. Bin and shelf storage is included in our standard pick-and-pack rate, with no separate charge. Send product dimensions and quantities so the team can confirm usable space, availability and the applicable carton or pallet storage rate in writing.

Prep itself is $0.75 per unit under 5 lb for full-service handling, with materials separate, locked through Q1 2027. What A Month Actually Costs
Here's the real math at three volumes, using only the published rates above. Each example assumes inbound pallets sit through one full month of storage before shipping out to Amazon.

Walking through the middle row: 8,000 units × $0.75 prep = $6,000. Thirty pallets × $20 receiving = $600. Thirty pallets × $25 for one month of storage = $750. How Prep Works, Receiving To Same-Day Ship

- You ship inventory to our Houston dock, or route your distributor's invoice straight to us for wholesale inbound. No minimum order size, no minimum SKU count.
- We receive, count, and inspect every pallet or carton against the packing list, and check it into KAK WMS the same day.
- We prep: FNSKU labels applied, polybagging with suffocation warning labels, bubble wrap where the product needs it, standard cartonization. All inside the $0.75/unit rate.
- Shipments received before our 2pm CT cutoff, Monday through Saturday, ship out to Amazon that same day.
- You track it live in KAK WMS — real-time counts and status, no email required to check where things stand.

- Minimum order, spend, or SKU count: none. A first shipment of 500 units is priced the same as any other — $0.75/unit, no threshold to hit first.
- Setup, onboarding, or software fees: no setup fee — that's published and confirmed. Onboarding and software costs aren't on our published rate card, so tell us what you need and you'll have a real number in 24 hours.
- Contract or cancellation penalty: none. We run month-to-month, and there's no peak-season surcharge added to your rate.
- Lot numbers and expiration dates: tracked in KAK WMS for sellers whose products need it.
- Turnaround and cutoffs: 2pm CT, Monday through Saturday. In before the cutoff, out the same day.

Kitting, Bundling, And Custom Prep
These are custom-quoted, because every kit is different. A four-piece subscription box with a printed insert takes more labor than a single polybagged unit, and publishing one flat number for both would just hide the real cost somewhere you can't see it — which is exactly what we're trying not to do.
